Dianne has been a licensed Broker in Santa Fe since 1997. A native of Wisconsin, she and her husband moved west in 1986 to Telluride, CO where they built and operated a successful business. They moved to Santa Fe in 1997.
Dianne actively works with buyers and sellers. She uses her considerable experience in home construction, attention to detail and her supportive philosophy to provide her clients with the knowledge they need to make wise real estate decisions and increase their probability of completing a successful transaction. Humor is an important component of each of her transactions-helping to keep all parties focused objectively on the important issues.
Professionally she has earned the National Association of Realtors Green Designation, is a Certified Ecobroker, and is a Short Sale Foreclosure Realtor, and a Senior Real Estate Specialist. She has served on the MLS, Education and Grievance Committees for the local Realtor’s Assoc. and currently serves on the Professional Standards Committee.
Her philosophy in real estate practice is to provide the highest level of service and knowledge possible. This philosophy bears fuit as evidenced by the large percentage of her business that is repeat and referral in nature. Her clients are the beneficiaries of her constant quest for knowledge in areas and issues that affect the local real estate market. Her expertise provides a smoother transaction and translates to a higher probability of a successful sale.
She believes in cultivating long term business relationships with her clients and counts many of them as friends.
She’s involved in the community as a team leader and instructor for Santa Fe Search & Rescue and teaches classes to the public on winter backcountry travel and safety. She also is active as a volunteer for local animal rescue groups.
Dianne is an avid backpacker, snowshoer and skier. She’s a dedicated environmentalist and well versed in issues that affect the intermountain west.
