Originally from Germany, Ulla has lived in Santa Fe over 30 years and has held her real estate license for nearly 25 years. She started by buying and remodeling many wonderful homes, which has given her a keen perspective about what buyers are seeking and how to effectively market homes. Ulla raised her three children in Santa Fe and now has two granddaughters. Her background includes degrees in chemistry, nursing and women’s apparel design. Since 1997 Ulla has had great success living in exquisite homes that she furnishes to enhance their marketability. She loves tennis, hiking and skiing. Even with extensive worldwide travel she still always looks forward to coming home to Santa Fe. In fact, her license plate of 30 years reads “I Love SF.” |
