Cindy specializes in homes on acreage and land in and around Santa Fe. She is a resident of the Turquoise Trail National Scenic Byway, and a member of the Turquoise Trail Association. She has been involved in historic preservation activities in the area, including the renovation of the Oscar Huber Memorial Ballpark in Madrid, NM. A New Mexico resident since 1989, Cindy hold's a Masters Degree in Social Work Administration and Planning from the University of Texas at Austin. She is the former Homeownership Director of the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority, responsible for the first-time homebuyers program throughout New Mexico. Because of Cindy's love of rural life, she specializes in finding unique properties on acreage for people seeking homes for sale in and around Santa Fe, including the rural communities of Madrid, Cerrillos, Turquoise Trail, Glorieta, Eldorado, Galisteo, La Cienega and the Old Las Vegas and 285 South Corridors. As a member of both the Santa Fe Association of Realtors and the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors, Cindy has access to properties from Albuquerque to Pecos, including the East Mountain area. |
